Al Meezan Society, apart from its welfare and educational activities, organizes an Interest Free (No Loss–No Gain) Qura Chit for a pre-mentioned period, limited to its registered members.
المیزان سوسائٹی کے تحت فلاحی وتعلیمی امور کے علاوہ قرعہ چِٹس بھی( بلا سودی نہج ) مقررہ مدت کےلئے چلائی جائے گی۔جو اس کے رجسٹرڈممبران تک محدود ہوگی۔

The number of installments and number of months may vary for each Chit.
۔ ہر چِٹ کی ماہانہ اقساط اور ماہ کی تعداد الگ ہو سکتے جنکی مجموعی رقم متعین ہوگی۔

The Chit may have 10 or 15 more subscribers than the number of months, to ensure timely payment of the total prize amount and to manage delayed payments or defaults. If any subscribers remain, they will receive their amount in the last month. All subscribers must be account holders of Al Meezan Society. New members must pay a non-refundable account registration fee. An account holder may have a maximum of 5 Chits at a time, or Chits with a combined maximum monthly installment of Rs. 1,00,000.
چِٹ میں سبسکرائبرزکی تعداد ماہانہ اقساط کی تعداد سے 10 یا 15 زائد ہو سکتی ہے ، تاکہ انعام حاصل کرنے والے سبسکرائبرز کے لئے جملہ رقم کی بروقت ادائیگی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے اور تاخیر سے ہونے والی ادائیگیوں یا نادہندگی کا انتظام کیا جا سکے۔ اگرکچھ سبسکرائبرز باقی رہ جائیں تو انہیں ان کی رقم آخری ماہ میں دی جائے گی۔ تمام سبسکرائبرز کا المیزان سوسائٹی کا اکاؤنٹ ہولڈر ہونا ضروری ہے۔ نئے ممبران کو ناقابلِ واپسی اکاؤنٹ رجسٹریشن فیس ادا کرنی ہوگی۔ ایک اکاؤنٹ ہولڈر کے پاس بیک وقت زیادہ سے زیادہ پانچ چِٹس، یا ایسی چِٹس جن کی مجموعی ماہانہ قسط زیادہ سے زیادہ ایک لاکھ روپے ہو، ہو سکتی ہیں۔

A non-refundable monthly maintenance fee shall be collected from each account holder upon joining each new Chit.
ہر اکاؤنٹ ہولڈر سےہر نئی چِٹ میں داخلہ کے وقت ماہا نہ مینٹنس کی ناقابلِ واپسی فیس وصول کی جائے گی۔

Monthly installments must be paid to the concerned personnel of Al Meezan Society before 9:00 PM on the 14th of each month. Failure to do so will result in the subscriber's name being excluded from that month's draw.
ماہانہ اقساط ہر ماہ کی چودہ تاریخ نو بجے شب سے قبل المیزان سوسائٹی کے متعلقہ اہلکاروں کے پاس جمع کرانا ہوگا۔ بصورت دیگر سبسکرائبرکا ناماس ماہ کی قرعہ اندازی میں شامل نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

Installments shall be paid in cash or as directed by the Society. Subscribers must collect a payment receipt, verify the online entry by logging into their account at www.almeezansociety.org, and report any manual error in the name entry to the Society before 1:00 PM on the day of the draw for correction.
اقساط نقد یا سوسائٹی کی ہدایت کے مطابق ادا کی جائیں گی۔ سبسکرائبرز کو ادائیگی کی رسید حاصل کرنا، اور (سوسائٹی کی ویب سائٹ: www.almeezansociety.org) پر اپنے اکاؤنٹ میں داخل ہو کر آن لائن اندراج کی تصدیق کرلیناہوگا، اگرنام کے اندراج میں کسی بھی انسانی غلطی کی صورت میں اس کی اطلاع قرعہ اندازی کے دن دوپہر ایک بجے تکسوسائٹی کے اہلکاروںکودینا ہوگا تاکہ غلطی درست کی جاسکے۔

The draw will be held on the 15th of each month at 9:00 PM at Sharp Printers, New Town, Mahbubnagar, in the presence of available subscribers. Any changes, notices or draw details will be communicated through the Society's website.
قرعہ اندازی ہر ماہ کی پندرہ تاریخ کو رات نو بجے شارپ پرنٹرز، نیو ٹاؤن، محبوب نگر میں، حاضر سبسکرائبرز کی موجودگی میں منعقد کی جائے گی۔ کسی بھی تبدیلی، نوٹس اورقرعہ اندازی کی اطلاع سوسائٹی کی ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے فراہم کی جائیں گی۔

A subscriber will be considered a defaulter if they have paid less than 60% of the total installments. In such a case, the deposited amount will not be transferred to another Chit, and an amount equivalent to one monthly installment will be deducted. The remaining deposited amount will be refunded in the last month.
اگر کوئی سبسکرائبر چٹ کے جملہ اقساط میں سے ساٹھ فیصد سے کم اقساط ادا کی ہوں تو اسے نادہندہ تصور کیا جائے گا۔ ایسی صورت میں جمع شدہ رقم نہ تو کسی دوسری چِٹ میں منتقل کی جائے گی اور ایک ماہ کی قسط کے مماثل رقم منہا کر کر باقی جمع شدہ رقم آخری ماہ میں ے واپس کی جائے گی ۔

A prize winner can collect the prize amount within 30 days as facilitated by the Society, after submitting the required identification and security documents. If the required formalities are not completed within the mentioned period, Al Meezan Society shall have the right to allocate the amount to another member. The prize amount can be given in the form of cash or through digital mode, as facilitated by the Society.
انعام حاصل کرنے والے سبسکرائبر کو مطلوبہ شناختی اور ضمانتی دستاویزات جمع کرانے کے بعد، رقم اندرون تیس دن سوسائٹی کی سہولت کے مطابق حاصل کرنی ہوگی۔مذکورہ وقت تک رقم کی وصولی کی کاروائی مکمل نہ کرنے کی صورت میں المیزان کو یہ حق حاصل ہوگا کہ وہ رقم کسی دوسرے ممبر کو مختص کرے ۔ رقم نقد یاالکٹرانک طریقہ سے دی جا سکتی ہے۔

Security may be provided in the form of mortgage/security, two blank cheques from different persons, a guarantee from a government employee (if considered necessary), or any other security required by Al Meezan Society.
ضمانت کے طور پر رہن، مختلف افراد کے دو خالی چیکس، ایک سرکاری ملازم کی ضمانت(اگر ضروری سمجھا گیا )، یا المیزان سوسائٹی کی ضرورت کے مطابق فراہم کی جا سکتی ہے۔

A prize-winning subscriber must pay the monthly installments by the 14th of each month. Any delayed payment after the due date shall attract a penalty of 0.1% of the Chit amount, calculated on a sum of arithmetic progression basis. Al Meezan Society shall have the right to recover such penalty from other Chits operating under the same account.
انعام حاصل کرنے والےسبسکرائبر کوماہانہ اقساط ہر ماہ کی چودہ تاریخ کے درمیان ادا کرنا لازم ہوگا مذکورہ تاریخ کے بعد کی جانے والی تاخیر سے ادائیگی پرچٹ کے رقم کی صفراعشاریہ ایک فیصد روپے جرمانہ حسابی تصاعد کے مجموعہ کی صورت میں عائد ہوگا، المیزان سوسائٹی کو یہ حق حاصل ہوگا کہ وہ جرمانے کی رقم اسی اکاؤنٹ کے تحت چلنے والی دیگر چِٹوں سے منہا کر لے۔

If a prize-winning subscriber fails to make two consecutive payments, the entire remaining amount shall become immediately due, and the person providing security shall be liable to pay the outstanding amount.
اگر انعام حاصل کرنے والا سبسکرائبر مسلسل دو ادائیگیاں نہیں کرتاہو، تب باقی تمام رقم یکمشت واجب الادا ہو جائے گی، اور ضمانت فراہم کرنے والا شخص بقایا رقم ادا کرنے کا پابند ہوگا۔

If the subscriber fails to pay the outstanding amount, the security provider(s) shall be liable to pay the outstanding amount.
اگر سبسکرائبر بقایا رقم ادا کرنے میں ناکام رہتا ہے تو ضمانت فراہم کرنے والے افراد بقایا رقم ادا کرنے کے پابند ہوں گے۔

If a prize-winning subscriber exercises the option to transfer their prize amount to another subscriber, that other subscriber shall thereafter be treated as the prize-winning subscriber.
اگر انعام حاصل کرنے والا اپنے انعام کی رقم کسی دوسرے سبسکرائبر کو منتقل کرنے کا اختیار استعمال کرتا ہے، تو دوسرے سبسکرائبر کو انعام حاصل کرنے والا سبسکرائبر تصور کیا جائے گا۔

The responsible subscriber must be a legal adult, preferably male, and a resident of Mahbubnagar District.
ذمہ دار سبسکرائبر کا قانونی طور پر بالغ ہونا ضروری ہے، ترجیحاً مرد ہو، اور ضلع محبوب نگر کا رہائشی ہونا چاہیے۔

The Society shall have the right to use any surplus amount as it deems necessary for the welfare of the Society.
المیزان سوسائٹی کو کسی بھی اضافی رقم کا ، سوسائٹی کے مفاد میں استعمال کرنے کا حق حاصل رہے گا۔
Al Meezan Society reserves the right to add one or more further conditions and to reject any application, member or account at any stage.
المیزان سوسائٹی کو یہ حق حاصل ہوگاکہ ایک یا اس سے زائدشرائط مزید جوڑیں ، یا کسی بھی مرحلے پر کسی بھی درخواست، ممبر یا اکاؤنٹ کو مسترد کرے ۔
